“The main factor that led us to book with Laura over a different vendor was just how she took the time to get to know us and our story and genuinely sounded like she wanted to capture our joy and love. It really stood out to me. It never felt transactional. She made it fun, easy, was so flexible and patient with us and its just so evident she loves what she does. Laura took our engagement, wedding AND one year anniversary photos. She is absolutely every engaged couple's dream photographer. Let me tell you my personal opinion why: She didn't simply photograph perfect/posed moments, she captured it all and helped us see that the candid, 'imperfect' moments were honestly some of the most beautiful & memorable. Laura made all of our wedding photo dreams come true. She captured our personalities so well and was with us every step of the way during the COVID pandemic! She made it possible for me to have my bridal portraits even when we weren’t sure what the wedding day would look like and she was SO flexible when it came to our new plans. She graciously offered to still shoot our ~small COVID~ wedding and our rescheduled date. And to top it all off we got to work with some other incredible wedding vendors because of her recommendations (food and videography)! We still brag about her talent and gracious spirit to all our friends and believe she truly was meant to walk through our wedding season with us. Laura added all the little touches and details to our photos that you never thought you needed but are so glad you received. We can’t wait to share her talent again during our rescheduled wedding reception in the spring!

Laura was such a joy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process to the big day! My Husband found her for a surprise proposal/engagement shoot and we loved her so much we hired her again for our Wedding. Laura was the sweetest to work with, understood our vision and captured it so perfectly!! She has always been so timely with turn-around and all of the photos are beyond our wildest dreams with how perfect they are. Laura truly felt like an old friend by the end of our wedding day and she made us so comfortable working with her! Laura is AMAZING! We met her for an engagement photoshoot and she was very calm and relaxed as we made our way through Charleston. After we got our engagement photos back, we kept thinking about asking Laura to be our wedding photographer. We reached out to Laura and we are so glad we did. Laura made the entire wedding process so much more enjoyable and she helped me think through our day-of timeline. She was super responsive throughout the process. On our wedding day, we felt like Laura was a part of our family! She was able to capture both posed and candid shots that are beautiful. My dad still raves about Laura! The photos that were captured during our wedding are edited beautifully and help tell our love story. We actually reached out to Laura last week to capture photos of my Mom’s 70th birthday. Laura came to shoot the event at a moment’s notice and it truly felt like a family friend was joining us for the party. I cannot wait for Laura to capture more of our family events and the events that Sam and I create together as a new couple!

Laura’s energy was so calming on the day of our wedding! She was always there when we needed her but was truly a fly on the wall and didn’t get in the way but was able to get everyone together and get the right shots when needed! She was positive, calming and everyone loved her!

We felt so comfortable during the entire process, when first starting planning we thought it would feel really forced but it was so natural! We could not have been happier with our entire experience with Laura!
